1 – Know your skin type
This is the ba-ba for having healthy facial skin. Take a good look at the different areas of your face:
Normal skin: your skin is balanced. It can be oily in the T-zone, but does not shine very much.
Oily skin: your whole face glows. Your pores are enlarged and you tend to have blackheads and comedones.
Combination skin: your T zone is oily, your cheeks normal, dry or sensitive. Your skin produces more sebum in certain areas than in others. You sometimes have a few pimples and blackheads.
Dry skin: you often feel tightness and have redness. Your cheeks are sometimes covered with small dry patches, your skin is sensitive, especially in winter.
2 – Use the right cosmetics
Now you know your facial skin type. Choose your cosmetics accordingly. Creams, serums, gels and lotions are available for all skin types. Couldn’t identify yours? 3 – Drink
The water you drink keeps you hydrated, but that’s not all. It largely contributes to the hydration and beauty of your skin. So drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day, and more when it’s very hot. This natural trick costs nothing, and will allow you to keep a healthy body and beautiful skin.
4 – Protect yourself from the sun
The sun is a precious ally to have a pretty golden faceā¦ But it can damage your skin. Also, we strongly recommend that you protect yourself from the sun with good sun protection. Spray, oil or cream, the choice is yours. The more your skin is fragile and tends to redden, the more you should choose a high protection factor. Also adapt the index of your cream to the power of UV, depending on the season and where you live.
Apply your cream every time you go outside, whether it’s to tan or take a walk in the sun. If you go to the sea, we advise you to choose an eco-friendly cream, which does not risk depositing harmful products in our beautiful oceans.
5 – Clean your face
This small gesture will help you fight against external aggressions, such as pollution and dust. Your skin will be cleaner, but also brighter and stronger.
6 – Hydrate daily
Use a day cream and a night cream to hydrate your skin well. This step must clearly be part of your beauty routine to have healthy and supple facial skin. Our anti-aging tip? Do not just apply your cream to the oval of your face. Apply it also on the edge of your jaw, but also in your neck. You will keep skin toned and smooth for longer.
7 – Treat yourself to deep care
